  • Eating Cacao raw by allowing it to melt gently under the tongue is probably the best way to get the nutrition into your body and this can also be a 3-5 minute  mindful practice. Speak your intentions for the day and list them out loud. ‘Today I aim to be kind and pay a random stranger a compliment’ … ‘Today I will stop and smell a flower as I walk to work or school’ … ‘Today I will hug myself and say I love you to the mini me that lives inside’ … 

  • I personally drink approximately 10 to 12 g of Mindful Cacao every morning for breakfast. I melt very gently in coconut milk and add a little manuka honey or stevia. I have 5 minutes of bliss and in that time I say out loud my ‘Gratitude list’ so that I awaken those wholesome and positive feelings within my body. “ I am grateful to the farmers that grew and harvested this beautiful Cacao. I am grateful to mother Earth and all of her nutrients that have been embodied in this beautiful medicine that is doing my body the highest good. Today I am grateful to those Beautiful little pygmy elephants that have been fertilising the land that our beautiful Mindful Cacao grows with their wonderful elephant poo!” … the list goes on and on …

  • I grate raw Mindful Cacao over my salads or into my salad dressing – Olive oil, pepper, Himalayan salt, crushed raw garlic, squeeze of lemon, my own home-made vinegar with the mother, celery salt, balsamic vinegar and sumac. Stir gently and pour over your prayed over salad and just take a moment to feel all of that goodness going into your beautiful body… Praise be.

  • I add grated Mindful Cacao on top of my plated spaghetti bolognaise and it just adds that little extra flavour.

  • Home made ice-cream or Booja-Booja vanilla ice-cream is perfect to add grated Mindful Cacao and to stir in one drop of organic Wild orange essential oil just as the ice-cream is slightly softening … beautiful.
