BLESSINGS

I run regular cacao ceremony, and Cacao B L E S S I N G at my home with my friend Lydia who does an amazing job of structuring retreats, websites and the written word (she is checking as I write no doubt!).

We have small mixed groups as I want to be able to C O N N E C T with everyone and hear their S T O R Y… the Cacao Blessings are held at my home and either form part of a day retreat, or a stand alone mini evening Retreat.

We usually have O R G A N I C foot soaks for you to ground into the space and the beautiful grounding meditation for you to C O N N E C T with your body.


We also share a vegan raw and organic buffet together so that we are C L E A N S I N G our bodies and also supporting local businesses with our purchasing.
